[๐ฌ] A thirty five years nightmare of pneumonia and inflammation that made my life hell.
Dear readers today I am going to share with you the dreadful experience of my life. As I have told you pneumonia made my life hell. Due to pneumonia my body became too sensitive. I had faced various sort of inflammation. I used to face a disturbed stomach, a little spicy thing or fried thing made my stomach disturbed and it did take ten or more days to get treated. A small cut or scratch on my body used to take a form of a wound that took months to get treated. I had faced septic six times so far. I don't know why but I had a different sort of pneumonia because the people who have pneumonia do not face such complications what I had faced. I used to face it after every two or two and a half month time period. The doctors prescribed me more and more stronger antibiotics and at last those antibiotics had no use for me, they stopped working. Due to strong antibiotics my liver and kidney got affected badly. It was a nightmare for 35 years. Dear readers I tell you inflammation has one form at a time because I had experienced it. When i had any wound or cut on my body it did take months to get it treated and during this I never faced pneumonia. And if I had pneumonia and I get a cut or scratch, it got cured easily. Once, I got scabies and I had faced it continuously for two and a half year time period. Here is a thing that can make you surprised and it is ; during scabies infection I didn't face pneumonia for two and a half year. I was too horrified by that thing that I thought that pneumonia was better than that. Because I got boils all over my body and neither i could sit nor lay down. It was a hell for me because it was very painful. I had bathed with cold water I did the things to know that if I could get pneumonia but i neither got pneumonia nor any other complication except scabies. So I observed this thing that inflammation has one form at a time. Dear readers whenever i did face pneumonia it made my body a mucus producing machine. I never lived a normal life. Because my classmates made fun of me I was very embarrassed of it. Dear readers it is a 35 years long story and it can not be described in few paragraphs. I want to tell you the doctors will never recommend you this thing, reason they don't know it, it is my personal experience. Please have a trust over it. Apply the described non inflammatory diet plan for fifteen to eighteen days and see the results by yourself. I tell you friends and it is a weird thing you are not going to believe that. It's been more than three years, I won't face neither pneumonia nor inflammation, even normal fever too. I tell you if you avoid eating vegetables oil or refined oil(except mustard oil or butter clarified) strictly you never face any sort of fever. And how I get an instant immunity against pneumonia virus when I would avoid eating those things but I am the same pneumonia patient if I eat those things again. If i eat any fruit i get a body pain and if I do this thing continues I get affected with cold. Later on that turned itself into pneumonia. If i eat refined oil I face fever and if i don't I am a healthy person. Though I am a person of science. I know immunity and I know how vaccine works. But the the things happening with me are totally breaking these laws. If you have pneumonia or inflammation, please follow the described diet plan strictly for 10 days and see the results by yourself. Anti- inflammatory diet plan.
1. All the products that are made from wheat and barley except bread, biscuits or cookies because they contain vegetables oils.
2. All the products that are made from pure animal milk like curd, cheese, ghee, butter clarified etc.
3. Paprika powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder,turmeric, sea salt,tea, glucose powder, white sugar(up to 30gm daily), Mustard oil,chickpea.
4. All, meaty foods like mutton, chicken, fish, eggs, pork, beef etc.
5. Apricot,Lemon (not limes because lime is very inflammatory thing).
6. Masoor daal.
(mostly these grains and fruits are grown only in cold areas. )
