[𝗪] I am going to share with you one of my life's experience.I am a very severe patient of pneumonia and inflammation. pneumonia made my body so sensitive that a little inflammatory thing makes my body inflamed.If you are a patient of pneumonia and inflammation, you are going to learn something that can cure your pneumonia and inflammation problems permanently without any medication. It seems little weired but it is true. During covid 19 infection this thing resists your body to go into the cytokine storm or sepsis thus you never face the worst and covid 19 will never be fatal for you.  Dear readers it was during 1997 to 2016. The doctors had been prescribing me more and more stronger antibiotics. As i told you during this  period I have faced sepsis six times. And during the infection some of the Indian doctors (called vaidhya ) decided my diet so it is the reason I had survived every time. the vaidhyas still didn't know the perfect diet. Dear readers whenever I got affected with pneumonia my lungs got chocked with a thick yellow colored  mucus. It felt like something had been cutting my lungs inside with blades. Some time the mucus came with blood, it's happened twice when I ate eggs continuously. One night I had a pneumonia fever the whole night I was awaken. My legs became restless. Next day I visited The doctor and he suggested me how to get rid of the chocked lungs problem. He suggested me to lay down on a flat wooden bed and put some two or three pillows under your legs and he told me then cough loudly. First laying left side then right side. I followed that instructions and I got a huge relief. But it didn't stop the production of mucus. I followed this thing twice a day and dear readers I got 300gm or more mucus and saliva out of my lungs every time. When I went to class I coughed mucus and the students made fun of me. It was my high school, I got pneumonia during exam. I want to prove myself but due to pneumonia I didn't study well. And in exam hall I used to go out to cough. Friends it was a hell. But now it's been more than four  years I wouldn't face neither pneumonia nor inflammation. I had been on antibiotics throughout my life. But now I have been living a healthy life without any medication. I want to know why won't I face pneumonia and inflammation ? Does the pneumonia virus not exist in atmosphere more? Why my wounds get treated easily within four five days without any sort of ointment while earlier it did take months. If I control my eating habits strictly I am a healthy person and if I don't I am the same severe pneumonia and inflammation patient. Recently I did a practical that peas(matar Dana) are very inflammatory things. Recently I got unbearable pain in my thighs. I spent two nights without sleeping. I tied my thighs with cotton clothes. After two days I visited a doctor and he prescribed me some three of tablets. He didn't tell me what he had prescribed me. I urged to tell me what it was and he didn't. After three days my pain got worse. My feet got swollen. Then he told me that he had prescribed me  heart-leaved moonseed(giloy in hindi)  . That were some vegetables pills. Then I stopped to take it .After three days, today I am feeling well. So readers the vegetables and the friuts are very inflammatory things. I tell you an easy way. If you have pneumonia or any sort of inflammation problem, eat only grilled meaty food without adding any sort of spices except salt or red chilli powder. Within seven or eight days you can cure it without any medication so dear readers have trust on it and see the result by yourself.

Anti- inflammatory diet plan.

1. All the products that are made from wheat and barley except bread, biscuits or cookies because they contain vegetables oils.

2. All the products that are made from pure animal milk like curd, cheese, ghee, butter clarified etc. 

3. Paprika powder,red chilli powder,  coriander powder,turmeric, sea salt,tea, glucose powder, white sugar, Mustard oil,chickpea.

4. All, meaty foods like mutton, chicken, fish, eggs, pork, beef etc.

5. Apricot,Lemon (not limes because lime is very inflammatory thing).

6. Masoor daal. 

(mostly these grains and fruits are grown only in cold areas. )
